Covid 19 impact which cause a great impact on physical and mental wellbeing of people. (Goldman et al.,2020) With the fast moving world, people are struggling to live in a more peaceful environment but they do not have access to such environment. So, they need to have accessible mental health resources which available online or offline to have instructions for a better daily routine though people have to work with stressful environments where they feel uncomfortable and unsafe. (Lattie et al.,2022)

Not only that, demand of services and products are increasing day by day with the new technological advancement leading to more mental health impacts worldwide. So, every person is in a need of mental health resources. The best thing of technological advancement for mental health is the accessible mental health resources like supportive networks and groups, online counselling platforms like CBT (Mohr et al.,2012) and free counselling sessions, books and other literature sources to have self-help, telehealth services like Chabot (Miner et al.,2017) and employee assistant services. With the help of this mental health resources, busy scheduled people with access to internet can get the maximum benefit from this. Other than that, universities have university based counselling centers and nonprofit organizations are some other accessible resources.

Accessible mental resources play a crucial role in the society. It is a reliable source which gives access to people around the world within a short period of time. With the access to these sources, people feel safe and comfortable though it provides people a better support for their mental health and wellbeing. It is a convenient medium for people as it gives access at any time. So, people can customize their timeframe with their busy lifestyle and can have the best output from it.

Mental health is the most important fact to a balanced life of people as it plays a vital role in many aspects of life. So providing accessible mental health resources are welcoming humanistic approaches worldwide with just one click.

To promote the mental health resources among the community, authorities should be more responsible towards it. They can give access to many health resources free of charge and unbound the barriers for accessing those sites. (Dragovic et al.,2020) Having more collaborative efforts with the help of great personalities who can help people to unwind the barriers of access to modern technologies. Volunteering services are another great service which can enhance the mental health of people though they provide people more convenient and outstanding community engagement services and training programs with sustainable goals.
