Employees are happy and well satisfied with the workplace if they could balance the work load and it directly affects for the mental health of employee. (Sharma,2023) So, the efficiency and productivity increases proportionately. People are satisfied and reduce the turnover though they are mentally healthy. In response to your question, I believe that To gauge the effectiveness of work-life balance initiatives, organizations can use key performance indicators such as employee satisfaction surveys, productivity metrics, employee retention rates, and feedback loops. These indicators provide valuable insights into the success of work-life integration programs, and allow staff members to weigh in on how well such initiatives are working.
